At Juvia’s Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
